Executive Team

Elliott Gaskins is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jefferson Consulting Group (JCG), which he founded in 2021. Mr. Gaskins is a US Army veteran who served as both Enlisted achieving the rank of Sergeant and an Officer achieving the rank of Captain. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in providing technical and non-technical program and project management for government and commercial clients. Elliott spends his time with his dog Rocky, reading, camping, hiking, endurance sports, and volunteering with The Mission Continues and Washington Special Olympics. He earned an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a MBA from Liberty University. Elliott and best friend AJ, JCG COO are training for their first Ironman.

AJ Morales, JCG COO, is a US Army veteran who served as a logistics and transportation officer. He is an experienced business and technical professional with over 16 years of experience in managing resources, planning, engineering and supporting all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. AJ received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences from Barry University in Miami, FL. AJ holds two graduate degrees, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University in New York, NY and a Master of Art in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. He spends most of his time with his wife Katie and his three dogs. AJ believes in continually improving in all areas of life and he is currently training to complete an Ironman triathlon, along with his best friend and JCG CEO, Elliott Gaskins.
